I highly recommend Jose Machota/Truly Nolen. We discovered we had squirrels living in our roof a few weeks ago. I Googled exterminators in my area and thought this one looked reputable. One other I’d spoken to offered a half ass sounding solution at twice the amount. The person who answered Truly Nolen’s phone was the owner, Jose Machota. He promptly came for our estimate. Jose was so nice, knowledgeable overall, obviously extremely experienced and made us confident that he’d get rid of them, also guaranteeing his work for a year. To quote him, “It’s no longer your problem, now, it’s my problemâ€. I loved that. And that was so true. We directly texted anytime a trap had a squirrel. Jose was always quick to respond. We felt very comfortable with the couple of times I needed to give him access to my home even if I couldn’t be there. Really, just the nicest guy. We caught a ton of squirrels, had a few laughs along the way at the volume of them, till we ultimately caught the last one. We waited a few days to make sure, and he closed up the job. When I first called, he came within 15 minutes because the squirrel was still in the garage. He found the hole where the squirrel got in and set a trap and caught the squirrel within minutes. He also temporarily covered the hole to keep other animals out until I could get it fixed properly. I would recommend using this company.
